How does one develop a "total leadership model" that leads to a true culture of health??

Each advocate for comprehensive worksite health must use effective leadership and employee engagement strategies for their organization..
This step is so important to launching or more importantly sustaining an effective worksite health program.
Some starter ideas are:

• Assess your key leaders level of support for worksite health
• Engage in discussions to identify 2-3 barriers and identify how they can be reduced
• Determine how to structure worksite health champions
• Engage leadership in pilot programs
